At Barker Welding Supplies we strive to provide the best products and services for our customers. However we understand ,that at times, we may fail to do that. We will always endeavour to put things right as soon as possible.


If you have a complaint to make please contact our Quality Manager Oliver Thomas at  and title the subject 'Complaint' and a member of our team will respond within 14 working days in writing with a resolution to rectify the problem or an explanation. Please ensure you provide as much information as you can concerning the nature of your complaint.
